Gavin Espinosa

Master Gavin Espinosa holds a 6th degree black belt in Taekwondo and is a certified Martial Arts instructor through the worlds largest Taekwondo organization known as the ATA. A multiple School operator in Los Angeles He currently operates his Flagship location in Stevenson Ranch CA. An accomplished athlete, Gavin has been ranked number one in his division since the 1990s and has distinguished himself with World Championship Medals spanning over a decade from 1994 to 20014. In 2005 Master Espinosa accepted a position as the coach to the ATA World Demo Team traveling around the world while continuing to operate his main Studio in Stevenson Ranch. Passionate about the Martial Arts Industry Master Espinosa continues to focus his efforts in advocating fitness in his community and contributing to amber alert endorsed child safety programs including Anti Bullying and Family safety education.


With almost two decades of experience in the fitness industry, Gavin Espinosa has become one of LA’s most sought after instructors in group exercise and personal training. He has taught cardio-kickboxing, Latin Groove and Hip Hop Dance as well as seminars all around LA and Southern California. Gavin holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Cal State University Northridge along with a variety of other National fitness certifications. Coach, competitor, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur, Gavin has appeared in some of the world’s leading fitness and Martial Arts magazines including Muscle Fitness, Black Belt Magazine, Martial Arts Training and has even been featured on ABC’s Prime time reality show “Master of Champions”. Through his passion, dynamic movement, and stage presence, Gavin continues to impact and inspire fitness enthusiasts around the world.

Jason Kivi

Jason Kivi is a 5th Degree Black Belt and Level 3 Certified Chief Instructor of ATA Martial Arts in Stevenson Ranch. Mr. Kivi began his journey in Songahm Taekwondo at the age of six and earned his 1st Degree Black Belt just a few years later at the age of 10. He is a Nevada State Champ in Combat Weapons Sparring and continues to compete in the circuit as a World Top Ten competitor. Mr. Kivi has over 10 years of teaching experience and has been an instructor at ATA schools located in both Santa Clarita and Las Vegas. Other certifications include: Certified Protech Instructor, Haganah (Fierce Israeli Guerilla Hand-to-hand Tactics), and Bullying Prevention.


Mr. Kivi earned an Associate Degree in Kinesiology in 2013 and is pursuing both an Associate Degree in Sports Medicine and a Personal Training Certificate of Specialization at College of the Canyons. He hopes to use his knowledge to continue working in the health and fitness industry incorporating the latest in sports fitness and Martial Arts. His fitness hobbies include running, weight training, Warrior X-Fit, and Mixed Martial Arts.

Seth Kaswan


Seth Kaswan is a 4th degree black belt and is an Instructor at Master Espinosa’s ATA Martial Arts. Mr.Kaswan has been training in ATA Taekwondo for 15 years having started at the young age of 5 years old. Seth has had teaching and assisting experience for over 10 years, and is now a certified instructor through the ATA, having started assisting and wanted to become and instructor immediately following earning his black belt. In recent years, he has earned some high rank protech certifications including the Long-Range-Jahng bong (long range bow staff), and the Jee-Pahng EE (cane).


Having had a Spinal fusion in 2008 Seth has continued to improve his martial arts and move forward with his goals in life. Being a Communications major at the College of the Canyons, Seth continues to train and hopes to earn his 5th degree before his 30th birthday.

Jade Wenrich


Jade Wenrich received her 2nd degree black belt in 2011 and recently became level 1 certified as a Martial arts instructor in the ATA. Ms. Wenrich enjoys competing at ATA tournaments in XMA, Creative forms and Creative Weapons division and has goals to compete for a World Championship title in the future. Jade Wenrich loves animals and on her free time volunteers every Friday at the Castaic Animal Shelter. Her career goal is to become a Zoologist!
